Sunday morning in the farm house kitchen

This "pancake mix" dispenser from Stonewall Kitchen, makes filling the muffin tins clean and easy
 Portuguese Custard Tart let
Pronounced "kay-sha-das"

1 3/4 Cup Sugar
3Tbsp. Butter Softened
3 Eggs
3/4 C Flour
2 C Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

powder sugar and- or fruit for garnish
Blend together sugar, butter and eggs
Add in flour and milk blend smooth
Stir in vanilla
(yes mixture will be wet)
Ladle into well greased Muffin tin ( Do not use paper liners)
Fill 3/4 full Bake325 45 - 50 min.
Top and enjoy
