Saturday Night in the Farm House Kitchen

The best 4.75 you can spend.
One small package of chicken thighs, trimmed and scraps in soup pot.Pound out a bit to make them a consistent size.

Add a single layer of sun dried tomatoes.


then one layer each smoked ham (from the deli)
and a ball of mozzarella cheese




roll up
and coat with seasoned (salt and pepper) flour

wash in egg

bread with PANKO


more salt and pepper

saute in olive oil till just brown and crispy
and bake 25 min in oven.
