Creme Brulee

Also known as what to do with all these eggs
 Separate 6 egg yolks and whites,( save the whites for breakfast).
 Mix the yolks with 1 cup sugar

Heat up one quart of Heavy Cream ( do not boil)
add 2 tsp good vanilla



 add cream to egg mix ( temper the first little bit)
then pour into oven proof ramekins, put into baking dish 
I use a dish cloth to keep for moving
place into 325 oven and add water


Bake 40 min.

chill in fridge for an hour

then top with sugar ( raw sugar is best, the ones at Panera Bread in the brown envelope)

broil a crust on and enjoy!
