Inspired by my morning walk around my farm.
Nice cool crisp air = happy Belgians.
Gardens bursting with new growth,
and a dog that is getting healthier every day.

Just sat at the counter with a cup of coffee, and wrote out the menu.
Only need to pick up a handful of things this week, at the market have most everything else on hand.

Tonight :  Crispy Catfish with Sicilian Caponata from my delivery
Thursday: Mexican-Style Chicken Tortas with Tomato , Avocado & Cucumber Salad
Friday: Fair Food and Heavy Horse Pulls
Saturday: Steak & Roasted New Potato w Chives Sauteed Long Beans and Tomato
Sunday: Grilled Chicken and Arugula
Monday: Spinach, Kale, Mozzarella Ravioli Brown Butter and Sage
Tuesday: Seared Salmon -Panzanella
Wednesday: Ginger Basil Chicken
Thursday: Spiced Meat Balls
Friday: Grilled Pizza and Salad w Green Goddess Dressing
