New Year , New Oven

This first week of the New Year has brought lots of opportunities to test out the new oven.
This dip is Butternut Queso Fundido.
This roast chicken was not on the menu, but it was on special at the butchers for $6.00 and I could not resist. It was made into Salad for Bobs lunch, loaded with green grapes and craisons a broccoli and chicken pizza and two quarts of stock.
This Week on the Menu:
Sunday : Slow Cooker Chicken tikka masala
from Cooking Light Jan./ Feb.
Monday: Boneless Pork Loin with Pears
Tuesday: Spinach Tortellini in Home made Chicken Stock
Wednesday: Juicy Lucy Burgers Fried Onions Walnut and Romaine Salad
Thursday: Seared Cod Brown Butter and Rice
Friday: Chicken Noodle Soup
