Pickled Jalapeno Rings



These are quick and easy a great way to use up some fresh peppers
and yummy on pizza's and subs!
BE CAREFUL OF YOUR EYES AND SKIN!


Slice up Jalapeno's 10-20 depending on size.
Boil mixture of:
3/4 C water 
3/4 c distilled white vinegar
1 TBSP pickle salt or you can use kosher salt
2 garlic cloves
Once boil is rolling add jalapeno rings, cover and remove from heat. Steep 10 min.
Place sprig of oregano into clean jar
after 10 min. add Jalapeno and brine mixture.
refrigerate
