On Monday I Meal plan, write my menu and do some prep. work in the kitchen.
It is a bit of a process, but it helps me to stress less and be more sucsessful throughout the work week.
I usally start with a stack of cook books and my note pad.

Monday: Soup and Sandwich Night Chicken Totalini Soup Spinach Feta Turkey Burgers
home made stock from the chicken
Tuesday: Tex Mex Beef Burrito Casserole , Bean and Corn Salad
Wednedsday: Salad Night Cobb Salad with Bacon and Hard Boiled Eggs
Hard boiled eggs from the chickens prepped on Mondays
Thursday : Grilled Steak & Sweet Potato fries in the Air fryer
Friday : Fish Butter Lemob Baked Cod Tri color slaw
Saturday: Power Bowl of Chicken and rice with Spinach and Avocado 🥑
Sunday: Bown in Cowboy Steaks 🥩 Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers
